  • The FMA-4000 SF hydraulic screen filter from STF Filters is designed to deliver high-efficiency solutions in environments without power supply. Its self-cleaning system, driven by hydraulic pressure, eliminates the need for manual intervention or external energy, ensuring autonomous and continuous operation.

    Equipped with a reinforced filtration cartridge, the FMA-4000 SF provides a large solid retention capacity, extending system life and optimizing maintenance cycles. The hydraulic piston, with automatic speed adjustment, enables precise and efficient screen cleaning, reducing water consumption during backwashing.

    The filter’s horizontal design facilitates integration into installations of various sizes and configurations, optimizing available space. Thanks to the SKY Filter controller, cleaning cycles are better managed, adapting operation to the specific conditions of each project to maximize energy and operational efficiency.

    Available in different models with connection diameters from DN80 to DN250, the FMA-4000 SF handles flow rates up to 580 m³/h, supporting working pressures between 2.5 and 10 bar and fluid temperatures up to 50°C. Manufactured with high-quality materials such as S-235-JR steel and AISI 304/316 components, it ensures high corrosion resistance and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
