DJC dismantling joints allow the decoupling of elements in rigid pipe systems, adjusting their length and compensating for deviations. They include a double square gasket to ensure tightness.
DJC dismantling joints are essential components in hydraulic systems using rigid piping. Their flange-to-flange design allows for precise length adjustment, simplifying maintenance operations and accommodating dimensional deviations during installation.
They are composed of a movable male section and a fixed female section, joined by an intermediate flange that compresses a double square gasket, ensuring a secure, leak-tight seal. Constructed from S-235-JR or S-275-JR carbon steel, they are also available in AISI-304 stainless steel for enhanced durability.
Each unit is powder-coated with a 150-micron thickness: either standard epoxy-polyester RAL 5015 or food-grade epoxy RAL 5005, WRAS/ACS certified. DJC joints are available for both PN10 and PN16 pressure ratings and can be configured in nominal diameters ranging from DN50 to DN600.
Their modular construction streamlines equipment disassembly and reassembly within the pipeline, minimizing downtime while maintaining system integrity.
