The DBJT dismantling joint from STF Filters is an essential accessory for rigid piping systems, facilitating both the disassembly of components for maintenance and the compensation of dimensional deviations. It consists of a movable male part and a fixed female part, with an intermediate flange that, when tightened against the sealing O-ring, ensures a reliable and leak-proof closure.
Manufactured from S-235-JR / S-275-JR carbon steel or AISI-304 stainless steel, the DBJT features a powder epoxy-polyester coating of 150 microns, with an optional WRAS/ACS-certified food-grade finish.
Available in sizes from DN-50 to DN-1000 with specific mounting tolerances, this dismantling joint supports nominal pressures of PN10, PN16, and PN25. Mounting rods and external bolts are not included, offering installation flexibility.
