The AUTODISC AD-DL X by STF Filters is an automatic double-line disc filtration system designed to manage high-flow capacity in demanding agricultural and industrial environments. Featuring a dual-manifold modular design (from 3 to 10 elements per side), it easily scales to meet the requirements of large-scale water treatment projects.
It provides filtration grades ranging from 20 to 400 microns, delivering superior retention of suspended solids and organic matter. The filtration process operates continuously, guaranteeing an uninterrupted water flow even during backwashing cycles.
The backwash mechanism uses pressurized water combined with air injected through Venturi inlets at a minimal pressure of just 1.5 bar. This air-water mixture generates high turbulence for thorough disc separation, reducing water consumption by up to 10% while cushioning the discs to minimize mechanical wear. Built with durable materials—such as glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) manifolds, AISI-316 stainless steel, and EPDM—the system supports working pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C.
Available in models with inlet/outlet connection diameters of DN-150, DN-200, DN-250, and DN-300, with total filtration surfaces ranging from 9,600 cm² up to 32,000 cm², the AUTODISC AD-DL X offers a compact, sustainable, and reliable solution for high-volume filtration.
