The SBJP dismantling joint is a key technical element for simplifying assembly and maintenance in pressurized water systems. It features a pyramid gasket for effective sealing, a single flange, and an adjustable body via tie rods. Constructed from ST37.2 carbon steel and coated with 250-micron epoxy-polyester, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. Designed for working pressures up to 16 bar and operating temperatures from -10 °C to 60 °C, it is available in nominal diameters from DN50 to DN1200. The SBJP compensates for pipe misalignments, expansions, and axial shifts in rigid piping installations. Versatile in use, it is ideal for pumping stations, water treatment plants, industrial networks, and municipal systems. Its structure facilitates the installation, removal, or replacement of valves, filters, or other inline elements without compromising system integrity or tightness.
