The MD manual disc filter from STF Filters is a reliable and efficient solution for applications in agriculture, water treatment, and industry. This system operates through disc-based filtration, capable of handling flows up to 100 m³/h and withstanding working pressures up to 10 bar. The water inlet generates a cyclonic effect that directs larger particles away from the discs, enhancing cleaning efficiency and reducing backwash frequency. This results in lower pressure loss and optimized system performance.
It is available with 2”, 3”, and 4” connections, compatible with BSP, NPT, GRV, or FLG fittings, adapting easily to various system configurations. Filtering surface ranges from 1200 cm² to 3400 cm², with filtration degrees available from 400 to 100 microns. The filter body is made of polypropylene, and the discs are reinforced polyamide, ensuring high durability and mechanical strength. The stainless steel lid adds extra robustness.
Its in-line design allows easy and compact installation. The manual cleaning system, which requires no tools, simplifies maintenance operations. These features make the MD filter an ideal choice for systems that demand reliability, ease of use, and water-saving performance.
