The LIGHT model is a telescopic dismantling joint designed to facilitate the installation, maintenance, and disassembly of components in rigid piping systems. Its lightweight structure includes a trapezoidal gasket that ensures effective sealing under variable pressure and temperature conditions.

Made from ST37.2 carbon steel and coated with 250-micron epoxy-polyester, it offers corrosion resistance and long-term durability. The LIGHT features an intermediate flange with axial length adjustability via tie rods and nuts, simplifying alignment during installation.

Available in DN50 to DN600 diameters, it supports up to 16 bar pressure and operates between -10 °C and 60 °C. Its telescopic design compensates for misalignments and displacements without compromising system safety or integrity.

It is an ideal solution for municipal networks, industrial systems, pumping stations, and water treatment plants that demand fast, safe, and easy interventions.
