FMA 6000

In-line self-cleaning electric screen filter, ideal for protecting pumping systems. Operates at very low pressure with high efficiency thanks to its robust structure and Double Diamond filtration surface.

  • The STF FMA-6000 is an in-line self-cleaning electric screen filter designed for systems that require effective protection at very low working pressures. It is especially suited for pumping applications where pressure stability is critical. Its automatic cleaning system, featuring a motorized valve and wash pump, ensures minimal maintenance and continuous operation.

The robust design features a housing made of S-235-JR steel with triple-layer epoxy coating on the exterior and solvent-free food-grade epoxy coating on the interior. The Double Diamond type screen surface, made of AISI-316, is available in various sizes, reaching up to 41,050 cm². It operates with motors up to 7.25 kW, with efficient electrical connections and precise control via pressure transducers.

With its horizontal, modular configuration, it accommodates diameters from DN500 to DN2600 and flow capacities exceeding 160,000 l/min. Its construction includes AISI-316 wash nozzles, AISI-304 gears, and internal structures in treated steel and bronze, ensuring reliability, durability, and high operational performance in industrial plants, water treatment facilities, or distribution systems.
