FMA 11000
High-capacity vertical self-cleaning electric filter for drinking water, industry, agriculture, and biological control. Continuous efficiency without interruptions or manual handling.
- automatic: Suction cleaning system activates without flow interruption or manual intervention.
- electric: Powered by up to 1.5 kW motors with 24 V DC control and 380 V three-phase supply.
- vertical: Vertical configuration reduces footprint and eases operational access.
The FMA 11000 is a high-capacity self-cleaning electric filter, ideal for demanding applications such as drinking water, desalination plants, the food industry, cooling towers, cogeneration, agricultural irrigation, and zebra mussel control. Its automatic operation ensures efficient cleaning without flow interruption.
It uses a suction scanner to remove particles from a stainless steel AISI 304/316 mesh, available in filtration grades from 4000 to 1000 µm. The filter housing is made of S-235-JR steel with kiln-polymerized epoxy-polyester coating.
Configured vertically, the system is available in DN-150 to DN-350 sizes, with filtering surfaces up to 21,300 cm² and flow capacities of up to 1800 m³/h depending on water quality. It operates at 2 to 10 bar pressure and up to 50 °C fluid temperature.
Powered by 0.75 to 1.5 kW electric motors with 24 V DC control and 380 V three-phase supply, it features 10–20 second backwash cycles with G-2” or G-3” valves and water consumption between 280 and 390 liters per cycle.
FMA 11000: vertical automatic filtration for high-demand environments
The FMA 11000 meets the challenges of complex systems requiring high flow and continuous cleaning.
Its electric system activates the suction scanner automatically, with no need to stop operation.
Vertical layout reduces footprint and improves maintenance access in technical settings.
Ideal for drinking water, industry, agriculture, and biological control in critical infrastructures.
