The FMA 10000 is a self-cleaning mesh filter designed for industrial and municipal applications requiring high flow capacity and continuous operation. It is ideal for drinking water, chemical processing, cooling towers, agricultural irrigation, and biological control.
Constructed from S-235-JR carbon steel with epoxy-polyester coating, it features a filtration mesh made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel. Its automatic suction-scanning cleaning system operates without interrupting the flow.
Configured vertically, it is available with DN-450 to DN-600 connections, handles flow rates up to 7200 m³/h, and offers filtration degrees ranging from 1000 to 10 µm. Operating pressure ranges from 2 to 10 bar, and fluid temperatures up to 50 °C are supported.
It runs with an electric motor up to 1.48 kW, controlled by 24 V DC and powered via 400 V three-phase. Depending on the model, it includes 2 to 4 backwash valves, with 25-second cycles and water consumption between 175 and 700 liters per cycle.
