The FL L-pattern screen filter by STF Filters provides a robust and efficient solution for agricultural and industrial applications requiring system protection through particle filtration. It operates by physically retaining particles using a stainless steel mesh supported by either PVC or stainless steel structure, ensuring high durability.
Cleaning is manual but can be automated depending on operational needs. Thanks to its large filtration surface, it delivers excellent performance with low pressure loss, allowing high flow rates without compromising system efficiency.
The L-pattern design enables horizontal in-line installation, adapting to different network configurations. Available in sizes from DN-50 (2") to DN-300 (12"), the FL filter handles flow rates up to 600 m³/h, working pressures between 2 and 10 bar, and fluid temperatures up to 50°C.
Manufactured from carbon steel with an epoxy-polyester paint coating and optional AISI-304 filtration meshes, the FL filter guarantees high corrosion resistance and reliable operation under demanding conditions.
